This policy explains what information KeepWarning ("we", "us") collects through keepwarning.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information we collect
What you send us
When you use the "Start a project" form or the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the services you're interested in, your budget range, your message, and the page you submitted from.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time. We may also use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. We do not run advertising trackers and do not set advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare quotes or proposals.
- To run, secure, and improve the website, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
We only contact you about your request. We don't add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Form submissions are stored on our hosting server and sent to us by email and through a private messaging channel (Telegram) so we can respond quickly. We use service providers to operate the site, such as web hosting and a content delivery and security provider (Cloudflare). They process data only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep project inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, and then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, for example California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. To make a request, email info@keepwarning.com. We'll respond within the time required by law.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store technical data needed to display the site correctly.
Children
The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
